Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.60 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Rampur Mahiharan, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his mother has been subjected to sexual harassment with an intention to disrobe her on 27.10.2024 at about 9:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
