Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.435 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376, 342 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady, obviously is major and a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she has gone with the applicant all the way to Gujarat and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. 5.
