Heard Sri Shiv Shankar Kaithal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.23 of 2025, under Section 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Shivrajpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 18.2.2025 at about 07:30 p.m. and the said act was seen by the informant and other family members, as such, the FIR was instituted in the same night at 22:55 hours. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
