As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her to his house on 3.2.2025 between 3:30 p.m. to 06:30 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
