Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.21 of 2025, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Usawan, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim/informant on 4.2.2025 at about 01:00 a.m. and had committed rape with her by pointing country-made pistol at her.
