Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.65 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)m/351(3) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Chandawak, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim after both the family members had agreed to marry them with each other. Subsequent to the said betrothal, the applicant is stated to have refused to comply with it. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false. He has nothing to do
