Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.508 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 131, 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Saraikhwaja, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons Sandeep and Arvind have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.17541 of 2025. The applicant, having no criminal history to his credit, is languishing in jail since 5.4.2025.
