There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape, criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. There is no sign of commission of offence of rape found by the Doctor in the medical examination report of the victim. Applicant is in jail since 22.10.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
