The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.534 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 126(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Nawabganj, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no cogent and admissible evidence against the applicant on record and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Pratap Gautam has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14116 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4. He further submits that applicant is having no criminal history and he is in jail in the present matter since 08.12.2024.
