Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.87 of 2025, under Sections 87, 69 B.N.S., Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant and had established corporeal relationship with her for a substantial period of time.
