Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Sections 74, 115(2), 351(3) 70(2) B.N.S. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Gunnor, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim by snatching her dupatta when she had gone to buy milk on 28.03.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
