The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.321 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 109, 3(5), 103(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sandipanghat, District Kaushambi, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused alongwith four others including co-accused Chhotai, Roshan Lal Pasi, Kanna @ Shivkaran and Jamuna Prasad and all the above co-accused have been released on bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 11.04.2025, 07.05.2025, 06.05.2025 and 07.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
