Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.67 of 2025, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2), 123, 316(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Rohaniya, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of executing a sale deed of land in her favour and had taken Rs.50,000/- from her. 5. The applicant is even stated to have made certain indecent video of her and had threatened her on 24.02.2025. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
