The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 110 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) and 123 BNS, Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with several others but only general allegation has been made against all the accused and after considering entire facts in detail co-accused Ravi Pandey and Vishal Pandey have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16893 of 2025 and on facts, case of applicant is at par with them. 4.
