Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 290 of 2024, under Sections 69, 82(2), 316(2), 318(4), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Gujaini, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the pretext that he shall marry her. He is stated to have concealed the fact that he had already a married earlier on twice and stayed with the victim as a live-in partner and had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise of marriage. He is stated to have even taken Rs.3 lakhs from her for construction of his house an
