The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and subsequently, is stated to have clicked certain video of her and made it viral on social media, thereby tarnishing her image, as such, the victim had instituted the FIR on 25.4.2025 at about 1.20 pm.
