Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)ट, 62, 331(5) of BNS, Police Station - Charthawal, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. Learned counsel has also stated that the allegations are per se false. The victim is 55 years old and a paralyzed lady and it has come up that she was unable to move around and was not able to depose before court. The applicant himself is about 60% physically handicapped person as is evident from the certificate which has been file
