Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 519 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0025 of 2025, under Sections 333, 65(1), 351(2) of BNS and Sections 5(J)(ii)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Zarif Nagar, District - Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. The victim was found pregnant by her mother, as such, the FIR was instituted against the applicant and co-accused Nempal. 5.
