Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 351(2), 64(2), 123 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Paikoliya, District - Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim with an intention to marry her on 05.02.2025 and the victim had returned after 24 hours. Subsequently, the applicant had threatened the informant also. 5.
