Heard Sri Rajesh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 332B, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Baniyather, District - Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 13.03.2025 at about 11:00 PM whereby the son of informant had dialed 112 and called the police and after seeing the police, the applicant is stated to have run away from the place of occurrence. 5.
