Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Totalram, Sanjay and Aakash and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, all the above co- accused persons have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.03.2025 and 07.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
