Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikrant Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.59 of 2025, under Sections 74, 65(1), 351(3), 333 B.N.S., 2023 and 7/8, 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Paniyara, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim on 21.02.2025 at about 3:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
