Heard Sri Somdev Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned State Law Officer has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 17.05.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.348 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station South, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim from her house. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed as there is no date and time of offence mentioned in it. It is a clear-cut case of false implication as the victim has not whispered a single word against the applicant
