Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 57 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 105, 127(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Ikdil, District - Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons (nine in numbers) are stated to have assaulted the son of the informant, Vikas on 20.02.2025 at about 11:00 PM. The injured was retrieved from the house of Rajesh and taken to hospital and he died during treatment. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
