Admittedly, the applicant was enlarged on bail in the instant case u/s 498-A, 323 & 506 of IPC vide order dated 01.08.2023 passed by learned CJM, Banda. Subsequent to it, the final report (charge-sheet) has been submitted in the said section only and the trial proceeded.
