Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.108 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 67 I.t. Act, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had later on refused to comply with the said promise. The applicant is even stated to have sent several indecent photographs of the victim alongwith her daughter to several persons. The said mobile numbers have been mentioned in the FIR. 5.
