Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Saksham Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant, as well as Sri S.D. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0405 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64, 127(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Roravar, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 12.10.2024 at about 3.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. It is further argued that the victim is the consenting pa
