Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0026 of 2025, U/S 352, 70(2), 74, 351(2) B.N.S. and 5g/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Rajgarh, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mohit has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
