Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Lalit Kumar Gond, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 144 of 2025, U/S 65(1), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by disrobing her on 31.3.2025 at about 10.30 pm by forcing her into agricultural field. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. FIR is delayed b
