The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2018, under Sections 302, 201, 376 IPC, Police Station Meerganj, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, present matter is of the year 2018 and in the present matter applicant is in jail since 05.01.2024 but he is not an absconder. 5.
