Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0024 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mohabbatpur Painsa, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
