Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kasya, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
