Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.355 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Sen Paschimpara, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she had married the applicant on 28.08.2024 itself much before the alleged date of incident. The FIR itself is delayed by exactly one month and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
