Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 10.05.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0102 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Chunar, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 5.
