The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Krishan Alias Shri Krishan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 366 of 2022, under Sections 376D, 326A, 307, 325, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act & Section 3(2)V SC/ST Act, Police Station Iglas, District- Aligarh during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Amit and Sri Krishna have been granted bail by this Court on 25.04.2025 and 25.04.2017 in Criminal Misc.
