Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.346 of 2022, under Sections 323, 342, 354-B, 362, 376(2)(N) I.P.C. and 8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Sumerpur, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant in collusion with other co-accused persons and is stated to have forcibly kept her in his house.
