The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 312 of 2023, under Sections 302 IPC and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is father of the deceased and as per allegation by causing knife injuries he committed his murder but entire allegation leveled against the applicant is totally false. 4.
