Heard Sri Hanuman Prasad Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.125 of 2018, under Sections 354A, 376 AB I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Madawara, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was enlarged on bail in the instant case earlier on and he has not misused the opportunity granted to him. In the meantime, three prosecution witnesses of fact have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-ex
