Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.670 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 123, 351(2) B.N.S.S., Police Station- Sadar Bajar, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by forcing her into jungle on 16.10.2024 at about 07:00 p.m. There is stated to be one unknown person at the time of offence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
