This is the second bail application.The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court vide order dated 16.4.2025 for want of prosecution. There are allegations against the applicant of causing gun shot injury to the injured.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court only charges have been framed on 4.3.2025.Trial will take time to conclude.The applicant is in jail since 24.3.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that 9th rib of the injured was broken on account of injury suffered by the deceased.. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant
