Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0012 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64, 127(2), 309(2), 317(2) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Chhibramau, District - Kannauj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim, who had left her house by taking Rs.25,000/- along with her on 04.01.2025 at about 06:30 PM. The applicant and four unknown persons are stated to have gang raped her in the same night. 5.
