Heard Sri Shivam Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.575 of 2024, under Sections 70(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bisalpur, District- Pilibhit, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in the instant case the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court under Sections 74, 70(1), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and 7/8, 3/4(2) POCSO Act vide order dated 24.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5442 of 2025. Later on during investigation, Sections 70(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act have been added. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant has not misused the said liberty granted to him earlier on. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has placed much reliance on the judgments o
