Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Arjun, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Shikohabad, District Firozabad. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In the gang-chart two cases have been shown against the applicant in which he has been released on bail. Bail orders have been annexed as Annexure-4 to the bail application and S.A.-1 to the supplementary affidavit. The applicant has no criminal history. 5. It is fur
