Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with several others but only general allegation has been levelled against all the accused and co- accused Ravi Pandey and Vishal Pandey have been released on bail by this Court after considering entire facts of the case vide order dated 23.05.2025 passe
