As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the informant/victim on the false promise of marriage and had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. The applicant did not reveal his religion to her. Subsequently, she came to know about the religion, when the applicant forced her into marrying her as per Muslim rites and customs.
