Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in gang chart only one case is mentioned against the applicant bearing Case Crime no. 165 of 2024, under section 8/20/25/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Karhal, District mainpuri wherein the applicant has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.3.2025 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application no. 41703 of 2024. Apart from this case mentioned in gang chart, no other criminal history is attributed to the applicant. He has been falsely implicated in this case.
