This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Vivek, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 25, 26 (2), 29 and 35 of Arms Act, Police Station- Khalapar, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.04.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Karan, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15698 of 2025 vide order dated 27.05.2025.
