Heard Sri Arun Kumar Vishvakarma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sanjeev Yadav with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 586 of 2024, under Sections 8/22/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Jalesar, District- Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 475 gm. of cocaine and 667 grams heroin and mobiles pones are alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
