Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, under Sections 87, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Nigohi, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant on 19.2.2025 at about 5.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6.
