Heard Ms. Nushra Siddiqui, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Vijeta Mishra, holding brief of Sri Abhay Tomar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 450 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor
